Short call providers

Hi List, I am curious as to know who you are using for USA / Canada and rest of the world SIP termination for dialer apps, as most carriers do not accept short calls these days.

Perhaps you should post your list of companies that "do not accept short calls" while asking others to post their list of companies that DO ??

Quite frankly if you are placing legitimate calls this will not be an issue. The issue is when you start playing the illegal robo-calling game your average call duration would probably become too low due to all the bad numbers.

not entirely a true statement. i have clients who dial lists provided by their sponsors and by their competition (because "rules" require disclosure of the client information!), and often these lists reflect old numbers and result in poor statistics.

also: it is "legitimate" to cold call. and the acquisition of the list from which you cold call is not regulated, as long as you call with a Live Agent. But getting a good list is expensive. On the other hand, BAD lists are dirt cheap, but result in a lot of stale numbers. This can cause severely poor statistics while being completely legitimate as long as the DNC is adhered to.

We use VoIP Essential (www.voipessential.com) for our call centers, we call USA and Canada. They charge a flat per minute rate with no minimum ACD or ASR. We have been using them for over a year and are very satisfied with their service. I would surely recommend them for dialer traffic.
