Hi,

I think the problem you are getting is that the max php execution time is too short and the download limit is too low.

my current setting is default

max_execution_time = 600 ; Maximum execution time of each script, in seconds
max_input_time = 360 ; Maximum amount of time each script may spend parsing request data
;max_input_nesting_level = 64 ; Maximum input variable nesting level
memory_limit = 64M ; Maximum amount of memory a script may consume (16MB)

; Default timeout for socket based streams (seconds)
default_socket_timeout = 360

per day max call will be like 5k max , so 5k x 30 =150k numbers ,

Is that log from the same time your pulled a report that failed?

I have no idea what vitals.st is, it must be GoAuto specific.

yes, mostly it shows permission denied , i tried searching for that file , it was related to goautodial

Today i tried Exporting LEad details from 1st to today , faced same issue so i tried narrowing export details , when i select only few filter like "NA" instead of selecting all option NA,DC,etc i was able to export
lead details , so i think its might b due to some issues when exporting large numbers, apart from httd log is there any Asterisk log or mysql log i can check ?

No other logs that I can think of.

You could make your apache settings much bigger because these are usually what prevent large exports but there is no indication of errors for those variables in your error log so I don't really know.

Perhaps the query is taking long for your database server settings and timing out or something?

it mayb , we are using Intel Dual core CPU ( goautodial usage shows below 50% most of time)
Ram 4GB , usage 98 -99% ( 75 % cache)
Swap - 10-15 MB
using all in one setup
