Performance test

Postby tonywang » Thu Oct 08, 2009 10:24 pm

I try to conduct performance test on my lab vicidial & read PERFORMANCE_TESTING.TXT at /docs. I have some questions:

1. We should use remote agent to login extension "999999999999". But why we should let outbound connected call transfer to remote extension "999999999999" which is on control server instead of test server? Should agent answer connected call on extension 999999999999 on testing server & play conf music?

2. Should we use ratio or adapt type of campaign, how about the auto dial level? Is it very similar to the scenario which is auto dial out without live agent? Just let connected call transfer to agent extensions "999999999999" on the control server?

3. It is very strange. I tried to load performance test leads from performance_test_leads.txt (7.9M). It always return 14 records successful. It always load test_VICIDIAL_lead_file.txt which contain 14 records instead of file name I am specified.

Thanks for your help!

Please ALWAYS post your entire setup. Start with your installation method (vicibox, vicidialnow, scratch), your OS, your Vicidial Version with Build and your Asterisk version. Also include any "other" software that may be installed on your box.

what method were you using to load the performance leads (i believe they load automatically with vicibox during installation, 60,000 of them!)
