Export Calls Report Issues

We are getting this error when we run an Export Calls report with NONE chosen for Campaign and an Inbound Group chosen. We know there are calls in the inbound group, but we can't pull the report.

I'm sorry I am posting a lot today. We seem to be running up against some issues we didn't see in 5.0.

I just tried that here with my install. It worked fine. I'm using the exact same build as you so I can only assume there is something wrong with how you setup the ingroup. Is this just an ingroup for a DID, or for transferring to closers or something else?

I have gotten to the bottom of this. If you select NONE in the Campaign and an INGROUP you get no records. If you don't select NONE and only select an INGROUP you get the report you expected.

I'm assuming the ingroup you have is going into a campaign. I suspect that if you select NONE the report is checking for calls that are associated with no campaigns. This will obviously never happen if the ingroup you are using is allowed into a campaign for closing.

Hmm, yeah that works for me. I can't tell if this is a change in behavior. We are using a campaign as manual-inbound with an inbound group. But we don't do any outbound dialing at this time, which in not typical.
