I have 2 HP Servers that won't boot from the vici disk. I have a Dell that boots the same disc fine. Any suggestions?

Does it say anything on the screen when it attempts to reboot? Need more details before we can guess at a fix.

1) When you say "won't boot from", perhaps you should share what it does (ie: "no os found on disk!" message?)

2) Will it boot from another disk? (ie: if this machine is dead, we can't really help you ... but if it turns out you just haven't given it permission to boot from the CD, that's an easy fix ...)

3) Try GoAutoDial! If it works, you've at least got an alternative. GoAutoDial install followed by an SVN upgrade to the latest Vicidial (2.6 SVN) and you're good to go. And eventually Vicibox 4.X will likely begin to work when OpenSuSE puts your drivers in the base of the OS.

4) HP Model Number? Motherboard Model?

I am currently using HP server and did not face any such issue yet. Could you please elaborate?
