Can't choose Allow Inbound and Blended

Hi,

When I select Allow Inbound and Blended in admin and press submit - it doesn't register, as you can see in the SQL - "allow_inbound='N'"

Why could this be? What have I forgotten?

Because your dial method is set to MANUAL, which does not allow inbound/blended. If you want to do Manual with inbound you need to use INBOUMD_MAN dial method. This is mentioned in the manager manual.
