we use the latest vicibox server with 20 agents and when they connect to the vicidial agents interface some agents (2) have the same session id how can we resolve this problem and can we give a fix session for an agent?.

Simple answer: upgrade to 2.2.0rc4
Are your agents logging out properly?
Are your agents logging in with the same user IDs?

our agents logging out properly and sometimes 2 agents log with the same user id

Agents CANNOT share User IDs. This breaks stuff, as you are finding out.

yes, when we find them we logging out all agents to do a safe connection but when the 2 agents have the same session they log in with unique user id

I would suggest upgrading to 2.2.0rc4, this is one of the things that has been improved since 2.0.5.
