Real time report issue

Dear Team,

I have installed vicidial 2.14 in centos 7 Server.

After installing everything is working fine.But i have noticed that in the real time report duration of the call and call count is coming for entire month .

Previously i used to get only today calls count and active duration.And also i have noticed the svn version is showing zero in the system settings.

How can get only today call data in the real time report

This is a configuration issue, make sure you have set the Voicemail Server properly in your System Settings. Also, make sure you have set Apache to use the same timezone as you have in Linux.

Haii ,

I have Changed the time zone in the apache and set the Voice mail Server as my server.
And now am able to get the call count is properly.am getting todays call count .But the call time is still coming entire month and my svn version is still showing 0.

USER SHOW ID INFO | SESSIONID | STATUS | MM:SS
agent + | 8600058 | READY | 350:44


Is ther any other change we have to do get the proper call time of the day ..and svn verison.

Is your "Local GMT" set properly in your VICIdial server and phone settings?

Haii,,


I have checked in the phones,server,system settings ...the GMT set is proper.

But still having the issue and also in the agent page once the call is connected the Customer Time is showing different..Other than GMT settings is there any change or settings we need to update?

This is caused by a time zone setting difference between one of these:
- Vicidial phones/servers
- Apache
- Linux
- MySQL/MariaDB database

Hai,

Its working now for the real time report screen.

But Still in my agent page once call is connected the time is showing wrong.

And am using ring agent with mobile numbers.

And also is in my system setting the svn version is showing zero..It will cerate any problem in the future? OR how can solve the svn version problem?

If the Server entry was not present when you ran the install.pl script, it will show 0 for the SVN version. That is normal and it will not cause problems.

If svn is not the issue what could be the reason in the agent page time is showing wrong once the call is connected.

Did you check the GMT of all of your phone entries?

Yes I have Checked ..All phones GMT is is proper.
