Incoming calls

Postby KenLim_16 » Wed Jan 24, 2018 10:05 pm

Hi All,

Need your assistance of the below.

If i want to reduce the monthly usage cost of the outgoing calls with our VoIP

and

also to increase the chances of having a appointment

How can i can try to increase the chances of incoming calls by
a) reducing the number of rings to 1 so that the receiver will call back the miss call when he is free
b) set up the system to give priority to incoming calls. ie the system will cut or pause outgoing calls whenever there is a incoming,

Regards,

What your referring to is called "missed call traffic" and is not well tolerated in the industry. Typically if you want to send this kind of traffic you don't pay per minute, you pay per port/capacity.
