we have a new campaign (AUS) we already have 2 more for night shift which is (US based) outbound. for AUS campaign, leads were already been loaded but its not transferring calls to waiting agents .. im not familiar with this one.. is there any one cah help us, NOW company in PQUE.

What did you load for the "dial_code" field for the two types of numbers?

Show some Asterisk CLI output so we can see whether calls are being generated or not (which obviously is the step before transferring them to the agents ... if you are not generating any, you can't get answers, and thus nothing to transfer to the agents ... take it a step at a time).
