Any plans on this ?

Sorry but my subject or term is REALLY vague.

What I meant to ask was TIME ALLOCATION..

Under AGENT STATS , can we get call wise duration breakdown like

W=WAIT T=TALK D=DISPOSITION P=PAUSE
