External Monitoring

Has anyone found a way to monitor externally. For example we could call a number and enter a conf number and listen to that agent while not in the building?

yep. set yourself up a DID with a menu.

the menu can link a caller with any extension in the system (including a meetme room with silent entry).

we have a method for that and for logging in/out of a time clock (we have employees who must be "out and about" while on the clock, so they have to be able to "clock in" and "clock out" while they are away).
