When I enable Autodial mode calls transfer to agens but there is no voice. Mannual dialing working fine. Please advice.

Kind of trunks being used?
Any Asterisk CLI output when calls connect?

can you post your screen -r?
when you login does your phone rings? can you post your asterisk CLI once you click resume..
