Call backs problem

Call backs problem

I have a problema with the callbacks, the agents selects call back only but when time comes to for the dialer to call it, is not doing it, i dosent call any of the agent call backs.

What could be the cause?

please post some of the vicidial_callbacks records that this is happening to.

Do you have CALLBK selected as a dial status?

Is the campaign/list active that the callback was set during?

I have selected callbk as a dial status.
Some of the callback are in lists that are not active.

Can you tell me how vicidial works with call backs in detail?

read the CALLBACKS_PROCESS.txt docs file in the release you downloaded
