vicidial is adding prefix "1" befor dialing a lead

Postby thebodz99 » Wed Oct 11, 2006 10:22 am

Hi

I have asterisk 1.12.12.1 and vidial build as the latest version following the scratch install version document.

Everything is going well except one thing.

Everytime vicidial is dialing a lead it add 1 before every area code .
So im hearing the message " you dont have to add one or zero before dialing" and then the line hang up.

this is my cli asterisk output

Campaign Detail modification screen. look at the help for the "Dial Prefix" and "Omit Phone Code" fields.

Also you can alter your extensions.conf to accept what you are dialing.

I've added this to the wiki: http://www.eflo.net/VICIDIALwiki/index. ... leshooting

Besides language packs, perhaps a 'localization pack' would be handy for non USA users.
