Hi,

I'm using vicidial 2x ,My manual dialing is working, but when choose the pridictive one it is not at all dialing.In asterisk after entering into the confernce it do nothing.Please help

When you are logged into vicidial agent side did you press the resume button to start dialing?

Hi ,

following the out put of screen command.I've reinstalled the vicidial with fc5 kernel 2.6.17(latest).when I login to vicidial agent screen it shows the crm but no call calls I'm able to receive in my phone.I've chked my phone entries and the user entries both are correct.

In my other test server above problem is not coming,but the auto dial is not working.I can dial through manual dialing.

you said that manual dial is working. have you tried setting up the autodial level to 0? also post your extensions.conf.

are you using voip?

I re installed the 2.x version vicidial , but this time I used the same kernel comes with the

kernel-devel-2.6.15-1.2054_FC5
kernel-smp-2.6.15-1.2054_FC5
kernel-smp-devel-2.6.15-1.2054_FC5

old zaptel 1.2.5 and asterisk-1.2.12.1.tar.gz

This is working for me.

I'm not sure why it is not working with zaptel 1.2.9 ,The problem I faced in several installation

1.Manual dialing working but prodictive not
I tried to chk the message by asterisk -r but in predictive mode not a single line is coming ,dialer stits ideal, only except update cron mesaage etc.

2.Crm is opening but no calls to agent phone.

I'm not sure why this problem came.Plese replie me back if you have any idea.

This is so weird I am encountering the same thing today... ???

I have 10 reps on Inbound lines (which are working fine), 6 on Blended and 9 on Outbound. The Blended and Outbound are both failing to dial in ADAPT and RATIO mode. This just started today with no modification to any settings... Manual dial works though. Any suggestions?

It is working fine.In my last installation I don't know what was wrong,But I think there is a problem while loading the permodules,But I'm not sure.May be I'll be knowing this after few more tests.
