Closer Help - New@This

Postby binbash » Thu Jul 26, 2007 8:13 pm

Bought the Manual. But my technical know how isn't that high in terms of system administration. So can you please point me to the correct forum that tells me how to configure the INTERNAL CLOSER ?

I tried it with no success.

Created In-group w/ CL(CAMPAIGN)_L
User a member of usergroups (CLOSER)
Created Campaign with <CAMPID>_C
Selected In-Group

Extensions Conf basing on the Scratch Install 1234 extension.

When i try to dial the extension 1234, ... it answers ( manually on x-lite )
but when i try log in on the Campaign and click on transfer to <INTERNAL CLOSER> it doesn't work, doesn't transfer.

What i'm thinking is, where do i set it in vicidial what the Closer extension assignment will be.

Just clueless.

Thanks

Do you have an 990009. extension, and a 90009. extension in extensions.conf?

i've based this on the scratch install so relatively, the samples are there.

Just try duplicating the 90009 entries and add an extra 9 to the beginning. As for the difference, LOCAL goes to 990009 and INTERNAL goes to 90009. It was created as a way to be able to easily send to different extensions for use with different AGI scripts.

If you have done this and still have problems, please post Asterisk CLI output and agiout logfile output.
