Hello evry one I am a new graduated network technicien and i got my first job at a call center and i have a problem with vicidial configuration i have 25 agents and the problem is that sum times during the day the amount of calls is great but in other times i get 3 to 4 agents speaking so pleas i would like to know is the problem can be with my configuration or with my provider or leads quality , pleas i nead some advices to encreace the amont of calls

There are many factors involved here like

AMD
BAD list
Carrier issue

Check your Asterisk CLI when you only have those 3 calls, also when you go to campaign it tells you the amount of leads in the dial hopper , compare that amount of both scenario
