List Order Down Last Call stop active calls

Hallo when i choose in List Order " Down Last Call " dialer stop dialing and i have 0 active calls. What is happening?

Check what you have in "Local Call Time" in your campaign detail view. Make it 24 hours and check, if you have same issue.
