Hi,
I installed SSL and webphone for agents under AGC forder and change the destination on the system setting. This is working perfectly okay on agent level. however, when I login as an admin the webphone is not functioning. an error that says " object not found when clicking on the webphone under realtime reporting.
i wish to be able to listen , monitor barge but webphone is not not working please help

But did you specify the extension of your webphone under display options in the realtime report? You can also set this under your admin account in the user modify screen. Another option is to use a softphone.

Are you hosting your own webphone? Make sure you have a full path to it in the webphone URL field inside System Settings, if you are using a relative path consider that the agent screen is in the agc directory and the admin section is in the vicidial directory.
