Hi guys is it possible to chat with a group of agents or the agents group to a campaign, how to do it, Thanks a lot

Yes you can sent a chat message to a group of agents but their response will be split into individual chats, but before you can do that you have to specify the permissions under the usergroups for both admins and agents. Then from the admin screen top right you can use the chat feature.
