Real time Call Column

DB Schema Version:1562

INSTALLER VERSION-8.0
SSD HDD
No PRI/SANGOMA
No Extra Software or hardware

I have question. how call column works in real time page ? If I want the count of per day basis then what changes to be done ?

Hello,
Te call count column is the total calls for the current day and it is updated daily every few seconds/minutes.

My problem is , it is not showing exact count for per day basis. I have checked with report agent wise. some times is showing 3000 calls where agent took hardly 500 calls.

I am really confused. Is there any other setting for that column ?

when the agent start dialing, can you still see that big difference?

May be the server is not refreshing the stats for that table.

When agents starts then it is fine. I took 2 calls now. showing 2 only. But after that I don,t understand what is happening.

Also can you share the table information where these stats stored ?

Hello,
Almost every report on Vicidial have a querystring parameter for debugging purposes that shows the queries , just put &DB=1 at the end of the URL.
Example:
https://YOURSERVERIP/vicidial/realtime_report.php?DB=1

vicidial_campaign_stats Is one of the tables of the realtime report

I would Check to make sure the voicemail server is set correctly in system settings and check the timeclock end of day. make sure that at a time the server is up.

Correct: Overnight the campiagn stats are reset. The server expected to perform this function is the VM server in admin->System Settings. If that server does not exist or is OFF at the time of stat reset, the function will not run.
