We have mobile application that can be installed from play store, how can we add chat to the mobile application?
In other words, the user is not navigating using the browser, but he/she is using the mobile application.

Ask your app developer and supply them with a regular Vicidial Chat interface page to refer. They'll mimic it in the app.
